Fruit Tart
I made cream tarts today.
And topped it with strawberries and dragon fruit.
That’s health food allright.
It doesnt matter the butter in the crust.
Or the full fat milk and whole yolks in the pastry cream.
Having fruits on the tarts offset that.
In fact, having fruits on anything is healthy by default.
Right.

stunning pictures! so beautiful and cheerful looking! and, yes, i agree that fruits makes everything healthy:)
I completely agree with you, if there’s fruit, it’s healthy. Regardless of everything else
Definitely a health food
in fact its very similar (in the fact its pastry and fruit…little else to be honest but the base is there!) to my next post, and Im allowing myself 2 big slices daily by reasoning that it has so much fruit in it counts towards my 5 a day
