Poached Egg
The initial plan was to have poached egg with hollandaise sauce this morning.
But while i scored at poaching the egg, i bombed on the hollandaise.
I guess you can’t win them all.
For the step by step, i followed smitten kitchen’s method of creating a vinegared whirlpool.
And what do you know? It worked 🙂

I have tried this method before and I could only get it right after the 10th times of trying!
perhaps its just me, yours looks perfect! 🙂
I always use the whirlpool method, always works! aaww what happened to the hollandaise..
but runny yolk from poached egg would do wonders too!
